Maintenance sequence
1. Review priority queue in /data/e2m-content-refresh-status-2026.json.
2. Re-open the original publisher, not a copied E2M value.
3. Update the canonical source/metric record only after verification.
4. Run scripts/e2m-content-refresh-audit.py to regenerate the sidecar and static checks.
5. If source values change, regenerate dependent public views (statistics, benchmarks, briefings, visuals) from canonical data.
6. Update dateModified/lastmod only on content that was actually reviewed or materially changed.

Guardrails
- Publication date != verification date.
- E2M planning assumptions remain separate from independent market evidence.
- Never claim an external URL is live based only on syntax. Network-enabled link checking is optional and explicit.
- Event-driven legal/regulatory sources still receive a quarterly safety review.
