What stays in your browser
Passport planning inputs, workstream state, scenarios and return context are stored locally so the product can continue without an account. The Passport analytics layer uses a bounded session-only event buffer and does not transmit that event trail to E2M.
What is sent when you submit
When you send an execution request, E2M receives the identity fields you enter, your submitted project assumptions, selected workstreams, decision context, requested execution scope, a project identifier and minimal form/schema metadata. The current privacy model excludes referrer host, UTM source, entry path, visit count, Passport depth and acquisition history from the submission.
Other website forms
Contact, sourcing, referral and guide-request forms send only the fields presented in those forms, plus a privacy-schema version used for governance. E2M uses those submissions to respond to the request and manage the resulting business conversation.
Analytics and cookies
The Passport analytics layer does not set cookies, does not use a third-party analytics SDK, does not create a cross-session analytics identifier and has no analytics network transport. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable the event runtime. Production experiment randomization remains off.
Infrastructure and external services
First-party form submissions are handled through the site hosting/form infrastructure (Netlify). Links to services such as Calendly, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and external sources are not embedded trackers; when you follow them, those services operate under their own privacy terms.
Retention and purpose
Submitted inquiries may be retained as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes. The website code does not silently upload the local Passport before you submit.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit a form, clear the Passport from your browser, or contact E2M to request access, correction or deletion of personal data and to raise other privacy rights that apply to your situation. Write to contact@e2massociates.com.
