Role-by-role cost breakdown

Each row shows the source salary range and resulting employer-cost sensitivity. P25/P50/P75 are starting-salary percentiles — not seniority labels.

METHODOLOGY

How to read this calculator

1 · Role & seniority

Role & seniority: the second selector uses exact profiles from the 2026 E2M Salary Benchmark. Some tracks have several levels; others have only the profile supported by source data.

2 · Location evidence

Location: São Paulo is the primary market. Rio and Belo Horizonte are used only where the benchmark has a role-specific city comparison. Otherwise São Paulo stays visible as a planning proxy — no generic city discount/premium is invented.

3 · Employer-cost architecture

Employer cost: the selected multiplier includes the statutory architecture modeled in the Employer Cost Benchmark. Benefits are a separate scenario assumption. Simples non-Annex IV is a payroll-side view and excludes DAS taxes on revenue.

4 · Sensitivity ranges

Sensitivity: low / planning / high use P25 / P50 / P75 salary benchmarks. They are not forecasts, offers or legal/payroll advice.

Evidence boundary

Role ranges are external market benchmarks already documented by E2M Research. Employer-cost multipliers reflect the benchmark architecture selected by the user. Benefits are explicit scenario assumptions, not claimed statutory averages.
